About Jada

"It's Not What I Do, It's Who I Am"

Jada Vance is a unique, energetic, classy artist, storming the country scene!  She has been  sharpening every level of her musical journey since she was on the hit television show, American Idol and later winning the singing competition, Taste of Country, USA, she is an advocate for Kick It Tour, battling addiction and was just added to the list of Artist on The Rise in the Nashville Music Guide Magazine.

Jada is Nashville, TN born and raised, right in the heart of music city.   Her passion runs strong from her West Virginia roots where she spent a lot of her time with her grandfather and family singing.  Joining worship teams at church or in-front of the student body and faculty at numerous school events, backyard bonfires, and eventually performing on the bigger stages.

At the age of sixteen, Jada earned a spot in Hollywood, CA, with the golden ticket.  after impressing judges, Randy Jackson, Mariah Carey, and Keith Urban.  During this incredible  journey she was excited to think she could actually make a living doing what she loves the most.  A profitable career in the music business.

After returning back to Nashville, she hit the road running!  First performing on Fox 17 Tennessee Mornings.   She was also invited to sing at Volunteer State Community College, The Friends of Coal, The National Corvette Museum, Nashville Musicians Hall of Fame and Museum, Alabama Fan Club, along with many fairs and festivals.

Often you would find Jada sharing her big heart and trying to make a difference in  supporting causes that have touched her heart on a very personal level.  Doing television shows, radio shows, newspaper and web interviews and performing to help support those causes.  She has been active with Give A Little Nashville, under the direction of, Krys Midgett, she has helped with keep the homeless warm,  and Christmas for kids. Others include MRSA awareness, childhood cancer, Relay for Life, Friends of coal, in honor of her grandfather who passed away from black lung and dreams of doing a USO tour since her mother is a disabled veteran.

Lets take a journey on the path that was totally unrecognizable earlier on.  Jada's interest were softball, cheerleading, acting, and singing,  She would leave pitching lessons and head straight to piano lessons and eventually using YouTube to teach herself the basics of guitar with the help of her incredibly talented producer/cousin, Billy Davis.  Her time acting in several  theatre productions, and seeing the stages at a new level, Jada seek guidance and extra training from the one and only, Linda Davis, with her Stage 101 classes.  Crediting others for their presence weather meeting, training, working, or even being mentored by many including: Judy Harris, Danny Wells, Billy Davis, Chip Davis, Teddy Gentry, Doug Graham, Craig Seay, Jim Lightman, engineer at JL Productions and more.

Feeling like she was in a dream, Jada found herself surrounded with the right people and woke up standing right in the middle of a beautiful studio starring a mic right in the face.  The studio of Chip Davis is where her first EP, "Read My Lipstick" came to life.  Although, Jada finds it ironically and brilliantly written by 3 men, Doug Graham, Chip Davis, and Billy Davis the icing on the cake is owed to Chip and Billy Davis on their over the top ability to hear and execute while wearing one of their most important roles in the success of this project, co-producers!

In the beginning of every great song, is a great writer, right?  Like building a house, you must have a solid foundation; so should our music.  Learning this and learning the respect of the musical chain of command, Jada found it important to learn the do's and don'ts of the business and enrolled at SAE, Institute and graduated with an Associate in Music Business, January 2016.

During her time in college, Jada became a member of BMI and concentrated on a little writing of her own.  She started her own band and continues touring. Jada wanted more so she extended her hand and modeled for the role of Miriam in the book series, Edensville High, and played the role of, The Cheerleader,  in the Faith based film, Providence.  Where she and the whole cast received the Best cast award at the Christian Film Festival.

Currently, you will find Jada and her team working on her new EP, which will be released fall of 2017.   You can follow her progress by following her on social media sites under @jadavancemusic, OR  Booking information, email or call the Jada Vance Team at 6159974634.
